THE ROOF FALL OCCURRED IN #7 ENTRY, 6 X-CUTS INBY SURVEY STATION #4918; FALL WAS ABOUT 15' THICK, 18'L, 80'W. FALL FIRST CUT THE CABLE AND CRIBS AND 12X12" TIMBERS WERE BEING SET FOR ADDITION AL SUPPORT WHEN IT FELL AGAIN, COVERING THE 14CM-9 JOY MINER.
