WAS PULLING GEAR OFF OF SHAFT ON POWER TAK OFF AND FINGER BECAME LODGED BETWEEN SHAFT & GEAR. THE BELT THAT DROVE GEAR HAD MORE TENSION ON IT THAN ANTICIPATED.

ADDING 40' PIECE OF PIPE ON LAKE BEHIND DREDGE. THE WRENCH THE EE WAS USING SLIPPED ON BOLT BEING TIGHTENED AND CAUSED BOAT TO SHIFT AND EMPLOYEE FELL INTO FLOOR OF BOAT. EMPLOYEE CAUGHT HIMSE LF ON HIS HANDS IN FLOOR OF BOAT.
