REPAIRING BRAKES ON 16G MOTOR GRADER REMOVED WHEEL GROUP AND AS HE TRIED TO REMOVE SPROCKET FROM TANDEM, THE GEAR SLIPPED FROM INSIDE TO TANDEM MECHANIC GRABBED THE GEAR TO PREVENT HIMSELF FRO M BEING HIT AND THE WEIGHT OF THE GEAR WHEN HE GRABBED IT CAUSED HIS BACK TO BE SPRAINED.

EMPLOYEE HAD THE HOOD RAISED AND WAS PUMPING THE FUEL UP ON THE ROCK TRUCK. THE HOOD HAD A FAULTY LATCH. AFTER THE TRUCK STARTED HE LET GO OF THE HOOD. AT THIS TIME THE WIND BLEW HARD WHICH CA USED THE TRUCK HOOD TO COME DOWN HITTING EMPLOYEE ACROSS THE BACK.
