Employee was in the process of performing a pre shift on a Cat 777 end dump. We believe EE was climbing steps on the truck and fell from the lower level. Employee was found on the ground in front of the truck by an employee performing a pre shift inspection on the truck next to injured employee. At this time employee can not tell us what happened.

WHILE CONTRACTOR WAS TYING DOWN TIRES ON THE BEDOF A SEMI-TRUCK, A STRONG GUST OF AIR FROM A STORM BLEW HIM OFF THE TRAILER. HE FELL APPROXIMATELY 4', LANDING ON HIS LEFT ARM.
