THE EE SKIPPED THE BOTTOM STEP OF THE TRUCK WHILE EXITING. WHEN HE STEPPED TO THE GROUND, HE TURNED HIS LEFT ANKLE RESULTING IN A SPRAIN.

THE INJURED EE WAS ASSISTING ANOTHER EE REMOVE TRACKS FROM A DOZER AND WHILE HEATING BOLT FOR REMOVAL, GREASE POPPED OUT AND SPECKLED HIS FACE. EE WAS WEARING HIS SAFETY GLASSES AT THE TIME OF INCIDENT.
