Employee was climbing out of 6 wheel articulated truck and slipped off of the step causing a ligament sprain in his right knee. Did not report to supervisor until late that day and it was reported to the office on 4/26/2011. Employee went to the doctor on 4/26 and was taken off work for an estimated 2 weeks and is thought to be released 5/9/2011.

On 9/23, EE was trying to get a rock unstuck from a dozer. When swinging the sledge hammer, his hand hit the dozer arm. On 9/26, he went to the doctor and had X-rays. Put him in a cast and released him back to work with lifting restrictions. Will re-evaluate in 2 weeks.
