Employee was training another employee to fuse a piece of poly pipe to a flange. The injured employee freed the clamps on the left. The employee in training moved the wrong lever. Instead of the pipe releasing it slid the pipe pinning the employee's fingers between the metal ring and the flange.Employee sought treatment and has returned to work with restrictions.

While handling cable, a frayed strand punctured through EE's glove and caused a small laceration that required two stitches.

EE was standing in a jon boat attempting to place the dredge pwr cord. The wind caught the front of the boat pushing the boat away from the pontoon causing the EE to loose his balance and fall into the water. The initial diagnosis was a shoulder separation. On 05/19/09 EE was told he has a fracture of the glenoid structure that may require surgery.
