EMPLOYEE HAD INSTALLED A NEW START/STOP SWITCH ON THE DISCHARGE CONVEYOR OF THE MAIN PLANT. AFTER INSTALLING THE SWITCH, THE EMPLOYEE STARTED THE GENERATOR TO TEST SWITCH. WHILE TESTING, THE C ONVEYOR WOULD NOT RESPOND TO SWITCH. WHILE CHECKING CIRCUIT ON ELECTRICAL FLASH OCCURRED BURNING EMPLOYEE'S HANDS.
