Employee went to mount the 966F front end loader. The door was not properly latched to the cab of the loader. When the employee attempted to grab the door handle for a 3rd point of contact, the door was pulled into the employee's shoulder. The employee immediately felt a slight tearing sensation in the right shoulder and a tingling pain that traveled down the right arm.

EE WAS DIRECTING A LOADER TO LIFT A GRIZZLY SCREEN TO REPLACE SPRINGS. THE GRIZZLY SLIPPED OFF THE LOADER DUCKED AND THE SPRING HOUSING PINCHED OFF THE END OF THE EE'S LEFT THUMB. EE WAS WEARI NG GLOVES AT THE TIME OF THE INCIDENT.
