Employee was helping unplug a hammer mill. He inserted a steel bar into a clean put door just as the spinner was rocked over. A hammer caught the end of the bar and kicked it causing it to strike the employee in the right side of his face. The resulting injury was a broken jaw.

EE ALLEDGEDLY TRIPPED ON A POWER CORD. HE FELL LANDING ON BOTH HANDS AND COMPLAINED OF A SORE RT. WRIST. HE DID NOT INFORM MANAGEMENT OF HIS INJURY UNTIL THE FOLLOWING DAY 9/20/02. HE WAS EXAMINED BY A LOCAL DR. & GIVEN A WRIST BRACE & A 10 LB. WEIGHT RESTRICTION FOR SEVEN DAYS.
