After the shift at New Harvey EE was alone in the scale house. The leadman had already left for the day. EE had chest pain strong enough that he called his family to come and get him. EE was taken to the hospital, they confirmed he had multiple heart attacks.

EE REPORTED PROBLEMS WITH HER HAND DURING A LAYOFF PERIOD. OVER NEXT COUPLE OF MONTHS EE WAS SEEN BY A DOCTOR AND SURGEON. EE WAS GIVEN FUNCTIONAL NERVE TEST TO DETERMINE IF SHE HAD CARPAL TUNNEL SYNDROME. EE WAS DIAGNOSED WITH CTS AND SURGERY WAS PERFORMED ON 5-14-01. EE RETURNED TO WORK AT REGULAR CAPACITY ON 5-17-01.
