EE WAS CHECKING VOLTAGE OF A 100 AM BREAKER. HE MISTAKENLY HAD THE METER PROBES IN THE INCORRECT POSITION, RESULTING IN A DEAD SHORT OF THE TWO LEGS HE WAS ATTEMPTING TO TEST. THE MOLTEN PROBE ENDS AND LUG SCREWS SHOWERED THE 30 AM BREAKER BENEATH THE 100 AMP BREAKER, RESULTING IN A SECOND BUT SIMULTANEOUS FIRE BALL. THE EE WAS NOT ELECTROCUTED, HOWEVER DID RECEIVE FIRST AND SECOND
