Based on the past hearing test information from Cessford Construction, EE was identified with a recordable level STS in both ears, when compared to EE's original baseline of 6/27/2002. EE's left ear had a shift of 26.01 dB and the right ear had a shift of 32.67 dB. Age correction factors were used.

Working out of a boat hanging power cord on float frames next to the dredge pipe. Front of boat slipped under pipeline, allowing forward movement of the boat, pinning person between metal bench seat and pipeline.

While using a 2" water hose to remove sand accumulations under the transfer conveyer, employee apparently suffered an abdominal hernia.
