Injured was removing a cutting edge on a 988 loader. He was using a 1 impact to remove the bolt. The bolt dropped and spuning hand. Resulting in a cut in his left hand.

WHILE HAULING GRAVEL TO THE PLANT THE HAUL UNIT MET A READY MIX TRUCK. THE OPERATOR SHIFTED AND KILLED ENGINE AND AVOIDED CLOOISION, BUT THE HAUL TRUCK LOST STEERING AND MOMENTUM O GO OVER RAM P AND TURNED OVER. THE OPERATOR WAS WEARING SEATBELT AND AVOIDED SERIOUS INJURY.
