EE IS STATING THAT HE & ANOTHER EE WERE USING AN 11/2" AIR IMPACT WRENCH SUSPENDED BY A ROPE ON A CRANE TO REMOVE WHEEL LUG NUTS ON A TIGER RUBBER TIRE LOADER. EE IS ALLEGING HE FELT A PAI N IN HIS BACK. EE WORKED 6/29/6/30, 7/5 & 7/6. DID NOT REPORT UNTIL 7/5 SEE ATTACHMENT
