Employee was helping unload sheeting from the forks of a forklift and a piece of sheeting slide against his right forearm, causing a laceration.

Pick up truck and fuel truck were pulled into the shop at 3:50 pm. Everything seemed normal when the last two employees locked the door and left. At 4:10 pm smoke was seen coming from all the overhead doors. Fire dept was summoned but when they arrived the bin was fully engulfed. The state fire marshall determined that the fuel truck battery cable had shorted out causing the fire.
CHECKING ON A WATER LEAK IN WASH HOUSE, STEPPED UP 2' INTO SMALL ROOM. GRASPED LEAKING PIPE. IT BURST SPRAYING WATER INTO EE FACE CAUSING EE TO FALL BACKWARDS OUT THE DOORWAY.
