Driver cut arm on the ticket weather cover at the scale kiosk when the truck rolled as employee was getting their ticket.
End loader caught fire while moving coal. It is believed that there was a short in the wiring.

Employee was removing tap from hole. The wrench slipped and he cut his thumb on the bit. His thumb required 3 sutures.
