EE WAS REMOVING SWING CLUTCHES FROM CRANE. ONE OF CLUTCH HALVES BECAME STUCK. HE REPOSITIONED HAND TO LOOSEN. CLUTCH HALF LOOSENED BEFORE HAND WAS REMOVED, THEREFORE CRUSHING FINGER.
