Employee was eating lunch and got choked on piece of meat. Once given Heimlich maneuver one of the pieces was unwedged allowing employee to breathe. Employee was taken to hospital and put under anesthesia for a throat scope to remove rest of blockage.

EE was using a cutting torch when a piece of Slag went into his boot causing a minor burn, EE was sent to the clinic to receive a tetanus shot. On 4/21/06 EE was given a prescription.
