Employee was operating a CAT 980H shipping loader when at approximately 7:40 pm he asked to talk to his foreman. The employee climbed down the ladder and when he stepped onto the ground he felt a burning sensation in his foot. The employee was diagnosed with a foot strain on 4/27/06, and at his reexam was placed on restrictions on 5/2/06.
