WHILE SETTING CONCRETE BLOCKS FOR THE RAMP TO THE WEST SIDE OF THE JAW, THE HOOK BEING USED TO LIFT THE BLOCKS SLIPPED. THE BLOCK LANDED ON THE BOTTOM ROW OF BLOCKS AND ROLLED OFF, PINNING EE TO THE GROUND AND BREAKING HIS RIGHT LEG BELOW THE KNEE.
