An Employee was drilling a bracket with left hand and a drill with right hand when the drill bit snagged spinning the bracket around into Employee's palm. The spinning action resulted in the latch ripping through Employee's leather glove and into the tissue in Employee's palm. The Employee was taken to the hospital to get checked and ended up receiving 3 stitches in hand.

Employee was working at Transloading sealing up top hatches on railroad cars. He was wearing a full body harness attached to retractable lanyard along with his PPE. While walking on the catwalk of the car, his lanyard caught on the handrail, making him lose his balance and fall from the walkway. He fell against the car resulting in the injuries-3 Fractured ribs.
