Employee was backed up to a dump area with a load of lime. When the haul box was raised to dump, the truck lifted to the left and went over on its side.

Cessford Construction Company disputes MSHA's allegation that an "accident/injury" occurred at the Biggsville Quarry on 6/28/07. The employee that MSHA alleges was injured, did not work on 6/28/07. This 7000-1 is being filed to avoid enforcement action and/or civil penalties.
