Air pin on trailer hitch was jammed, using hammer to tap pin. Pin released and left index finger was crushed between air pin and trailer frame. Open fracture to end of left index finger.

Employee was lifting upper cone cell with crane, when the lifting strap broke. When the strap broke the cone cell fell and rolled into the employee's left hand.
