Employee was adjusting an under guard on a cross conveyer. The belt caught the guard and pulled the employees hand in where EE received 12 stitches to the top of the right hand

Miner was dragging a razor blade knife cutting a belt, knife slipped and went into left leg about 5 inches above the knee and and cut leg. 10 stiches were incurred, back to work, no lost time.
