Employee was Loading lime, she stepped back off the grating on the railcar and her heel slipped down about one inch, pulling a muscle in the back of her calf. The employee didn't want to go to the doctor, and is a Plant First Aid. 11-6-06, the employee noticed that her calf on this leg was swelling and asked to go to the doctor. The doctor examined her and restricted her work.

EE WAS ON TOP OF A RAIL CAR WHEN A SHARP PAIN IN LOWER LEFT BACK. WHILE CLIMBING ONT HE CAR HE SLIPPED ON A BEAT LADDER RUNG. EE NOTICED WHAT HE THOUGHT WAS A SLIGHT MUSCLE PULL.
