The spillway pipe of CP-1 pond which runs through the dam in a morning glory arrangement developed a leak around the pipe. As the flow around pipe increased it accelerated erosion making the leak larger. The end result was the CP-1 pond was drained into an adjacent wetland. The water was unimpacted water.
