Employee was washing out around the scale when EE felt discomfort on right leg above the ankle near the top of where EE's pull on boots came too. The area looked red and a little festered so EE was sent to the doctor. The doctor diagnosed it as an abscess and prescribed an antibiotic. the employee returned to work at full duty.

EE's were replacing the head pulley on a conveyor belt. The roller and shaft are conn. to a housing with an electric motor. When the last bolt was removed the housing rotated down, it impacted the EE on the upper thigh and calf on his right leg. The weight of the housing impacting his leg caused a puncture to his calf and the bolt hit his femur.
