WHILE CHANGING A DRILL BIT KELLEY BUSHING FELL 2-FEET AND HIT EE'S LEFT THUMB BREAKING BONE. KELLEY BUSHING WEIGH'S ESTIMATED 40 POUNDS. EE'S HAND WAS ON THE TURNTABLE WHEN BUSHING HIT IT.

EMPLOYEE WAS CARRYING ABOUT 30 LOBS OF TOOLS UP A FLIGHT OF STAIRS ABOUT 15 FT IN LENGTH TO GET TO THE BLUNGER CATWALK. HE HANDED THE TOOLS DOWN TO A CO-WORKER INSIDE THE BLUNGER. HE THEN CLIM BED DOWN INTO THE BLUNGER AND BEGAN SETTING UP HIS TOOLS. A SHORT TIME LATER HE FELT PAIN IN HIS CHEST AND LEFT SHOULDER.
