EMPLOYEE WAS REMOVING SANDBOX PARTS AND SLIPPED ON AN ACCUMULATION OF ALGAE AT THE AREA HE WAS WORKING IN. HE HIT HIS RIGHT SIDE ON A 2 INCH PIPE AS HE FELL. HE FELL AT GROUND LEVEL. (LIGHT DU TY).
