Miner was leaving crane to go to lunch and stepped down on outrigger and slipped and fell three feet to quarry floor. Injuries sustained were abrasions to left cheek and left ankle. Bruising to left thigh. Concussion.

Miner was breaking down a granite block and there was a crack that did an oval around the back of the block when the block broke down the block slid into the mine and the miner followed.
