Central Service employee alleged a shoulder injury while repairing the top off machine. Employee did not report the injury until 5 days later. After investigating & consulting with the medical doctor & the Third Party Administrator, the injury was determined to be compensable under the Florida Workers' Compensation and is being reported within 10 business days of determination.
