Florida Rock Industries Inc · Fall from machine

While dismounting front end loader after servicing the grease tank, the employee'As left foot slipped off the third step causing his left hand to slip off the railing and lose his balance, which resulted in the fall to the ground of approximately 3 feet. The fall resulted with fairly minor injuries. Dr. prescribed pain medication which triggered 7000-1 reporting.
