Employee was climbing stockpile to take QC Sample and sunk into stockpile up thigh. Rubber boots filled with sand and water. Water/Sand mixture irritated skin of left leg (shin) due to caustic treatment of sand. Minor Chemical Burn was sustained to leg.

HE HAD ON SAFETY GLASSES BUT NOT MANDATORY FA CE SHIELD. EE WAS TAKEN TO E.R. AND HIS EYES WERE FLUSHED WITH NO APPARENT DAMAGE MAKING IT A FIRST AID CASE.
