Employee reported knee injury when stepping down off of the loader 9/15/2022. They did not seek medical treatment until on 9/20/22. Employee was able to work full duty until surgery 11/3/2022.

Attempting to tighten the belt scraper on 180' field conveyor. Had foot on tensioning tool, trying to place pin in and foot slipped off tool. Tool came up and struck him in the face, fracturing his cheek bone.
