Standing on conveyor #3 knocking dust (dry) with hands and shovel, employee slipped and fell backwards on belt causing a neck/back strain injury.

Using a sledge hammer to remove liner from crusher employee got piece of metal in left eye. Employee didn't feel anything in eye that night but reported injury next day. Foreman took employee to Sutter Health. Then referred to specialist who removed object. Employee released back to work with no restrictions.
