Employee was pushing pit run material to the feeder in a D10. Employee states struck a rock and this jarred EE around in the seat. EE stated that it started hurting later that day. *Injury was not reported by employee until 11/2/2023.

Removing welder from service truck. Slide tray slid all the way out of compartment. Welder fell on employee's foot, landed just past edge of the steel toe. Broken right big toe.

On pit pump in main pit to remove float and pump from service. Needed to disconnect from discharge hose and the float flipped in the water. Employee fell into the water and hit his knee as he was going in and cut his leg requiring stitches.

Employee was installing a wear plate on a conveyor that feeds a twin shaft coarse material washer. He was standing on a partition between the two tubs. He removed his gloves to retrieve hardware. At this point, he lost his balance and fell aproximately 3'. He braced his hand during and cut his left hand in between the index and middle finger that required 10 sutures.
