While removing belts from a screen, a motor fell onto the left ring finger of the repairman, resulting in a 2cm laceration that required four stitches.

EE was installing a wipe ont he belt press. He was standing on a conveyor in front of press. He pulled on a rope to move lever. The rope came untired and he fell to the slab below 6' He did not wear fall protection.
