EE WAS USING A 20 LB HAMMER TO KNOCK OUT A BOWL LINER ON FRIDAY. HIS RIGHT SHOULDER WAS SORE. ON MONDAY & WEDNESDAY THE PLANT HAD (3) ROCK JAMS. EE HELPED TO MANUALLY REMOVE THE JAMMED ROCKS. EE DID NOT SEEK MEDICAL ATTENTION UNTIL 4/10/03.
