Employee was replacing paddle hubs in blade mill. While lifting and moving hub on shaft he allegedly strained back. Employee went home at end of shift. He was transported from his home to the E.R. on the morning of December 16th, complaining of severe back pain. He was diagnosed with a strained back muscle.
