EE WAS STANDING ON TOP OF CRUSHER HALF TO TIGHTEN FLANGE BOLT. HE WAS PULLING ON THE WRENCH AND IT SLIPPED OFF THE NUT. EE FELL DOWN OFF THE TOP OF CRUSHER HALF. HE LANDED ON HIS LEFT HAND WHEN HE TRIED TO BREAK HIS FALL.

DUE TO UNEVEN CONCRETE SLAB, LEGS NEEDED MODIFICATION. USED COME-ALONG TO LOWERE LEGS ONTO SAW HORSE. DUE TO ANGLE & WEIGHT OF LEG IT SLID OUT & HIT HIS ANKLE/LOWER LEG. LEFT LEG BROKEN.
