Employee slipped while shoveling waste off of a concrete pad at the crusher, twisting his ankle. He sought medical attention on 11/23 and was diagnosed with an ankle fracture. He is currently on restricted duty. This incident is being reported within ten days of employee seeking medical attention.

Employee was cutting down a tree with a chain saw when a piece of saw dust went under his safety glasses and into his eye. He sought medical attention the next day and was diagnosed with a corneal abrasion. He was prescribed eye drops and returned to full duty. No restrictions or lost time.
