Rogers Group Inc · Caught in, under or between a moving and a stationary object

Employee was attempting to adjust seat in a PC490-11 excavator with right hand when weight shifted forward pinching right little finger in the frame of the seat. Resultant was a cut to the tip of right little finger. The employee was treated with surgical adhesive and a tetanus shot. Employee returned to work that morning with no restrictions.

Employee clocked out after shift. Was standing outside break room leaning against door frame wind caught door and smashed finger. Employee had laceration and fracture to right little finger. Employee received sutures and was released for regular duty with an antibiotic and pain medication and no restrictions.
