After cleaning out a rail car, employee went to close the latch. In attempting to secure the latch he pushed on it with his hand, the latch came loose and pinned his left ring finger. He received several lacerations which required 12 stitches.

Employee was doing repair work on a Motor Control Center and wrench slipped off connection and struck employee's safety glasses which broke cutting him above his left eye. The cut required stitches.
