The associate said he stepped from the bottom step of the crossover, and over a hose that was in use at the time, but he is unclear on what transpired that caused the sprain to his ankle he offered several scenarios on what may have happened but he can only say absolutely is that when his foot touched down his ankle rolled over. The associate was working alone at that time.
