Maintenance employee cut the back of left hand on a piece of sharp metal while placing a cooler in the back of the service truck.
A maintenance employee complained of soreness in the right shoulder around 12:00pm. The employee was not aware of how the injury occurred.
The associate said he stepped from the bottom step of the crossover, and over a hose that was in use at the time, but he is unclear on what transpired that caused the sprain to his ankle he offered several scenarios on what may have happened but he can only say absolutely is that when his foot touched down his ankle rolled over. The associate was working alone at that time.
