THE SPECIFIC CAUSE OF THIS ACCIDENT IS STILL UNDER INVESTIGATION. THE BUCKET ELEVATOR DRIVE ASSEMBLY FAILED AND THE VICTIM WAS STRUCK BY FRAGMENTS FROM THAT SYSTEM.
