THE EMPLOYEE WAS PUSHING MATERIAL WITH HIS BULLDOZER WHEN A LANDSLIDE FROM A SLOPED MINE WALL FELL WITH ROCKS CRUSHED THE CABIN. THE EMPLOYEE WAS TRAPPED AND WOUNDED WITH ONE OF THE SUPPORTS O F THE CABIN, CAUSING IMMEDIATE DEATH.
