OPERATOR DID NOT SEE THE VICTIM ON FOOT BEHIND HIM WHILE BACKING DOWN RAMP LEADING TO FEED THE HOPPER. THERE WAS ONE VICTIM INVOLVED IN THE ACCIDENT.
