EMPLOYEE WAS RIB BOLTING CORNER IN #7 ENTRY AND NOTICED LOOSE RIB. HE WAS WALKING ALONG SIDE OF ROOF BOLTING MACHINE TO OBTAIN A SCALING BAR WHEN RIB FELL, PINNING HIM AGAINST THE MACHINE.
