THEY WERE ATTEMPTING TO LOAD CONVEYOR SHUTTLE, LOAD WAS SUSPENDED IN AIR SO TRUCK COULD BACK UNDER IT. CRANE STARTED SWINGING AND TILTING ALLOWING LOAD TO FALL. LOAD STRUCK EMPLOYEE.
